For homeowners
Constructive is free for homeowners. Always. We never take a commission on your project and we never mark up contractor pricing. You contract directly with the contractor you choose.
How the process scales
Projects of AED 50,000 or more. Tell us about your project and we will build a structured brief. Up to 6 verified contractors will give you an indicative estimate — free to them, and free to you. You then shortlist 3 to prepare a full detailed breakdown, priced against exactly the same categories so you can compare them properly.
Smaller projects, AED 10,000 to AED 50,000. Tell us about your project and we will turn it into a clear brief. Up to 5 verified contractors can register their interest. Shortlist the ones you like, and they will visit and quote. No lengthy paperwork for a job that does not need it.
A whole-house repaint does not need the same paperwork as a full villa renovation. We match the process to the project, so you are never asked to produce a detailed breakdown for a job that does not warrant one.
For contractors
No subscription. No monthly fee. No commission on the work you win. You pay a single fee only when a homeowner shortlists you as one of 3 for detailed pricing.

Expressing interest is always free. If you are shortlisted for a project you cannot take on, decline within 48 hours and the fee is credited back in full.
You will never be one of ten contractors racing to the bottom. On larger projects, at most 6 give an indicative estimate — about fifteen minutes, and it costs nothing. Only 3 are asked for a detailed breakdown, and only those 3 pay.
