Finding a good contractor in Dubai is hard, and comparing quotes is harder. Two contractors can price the same bathroom in ways that cannot be set side by side — one lumps everything into a single figure, the other itemises to the tile. Neither is dishonest. It simply makes a genuine comparison impossible, and most homeowners end up choosing on gut feel or on price alone.
Constructive exists to fix the comparison. We verify every contractor before they appear, help homeowners describe a project properly before anyone quotes, and put every response into the same structure so like can be compared with like.
What we check
A valid UAE trade licence, current liability insurance, that company details are accurate, and that a portfolio represents genuine completed work. We review the documents and contact references. How verification works.
What we do not do
We are not a party to your contract. We do not supervise or inspect works, we do not set prices or define scope, and verification is not a guarantee of workmanship. You contract directly with the contractor you choose, and we take no commission on it.
How we are paid
Homeowners pay nothing, ever. Contractors pay a single fee only when a homeowner shortlists them — no subscription, no commission. We would rather be paid for a genuine introduction than for volume, because volume is what makes every other platform worse for both sides. See the fees.

Dubai, and only Dubai. The communities, villa types and the way work is procured here are specific enough that a platform built for everywhere would serve none of it well.
