What it costs

You register your interest in about two minutes, at no cost. If the homeowner shortlists you, you pay AED 120 and quote for the work. If they do not, you pay nothing.
A AED 600,000 villa renovation
Up to six contractors give an indicative estimate — about fifteen minutes each, and free. Only three are asked for a detailed breakdown. If you are one of them, you pay AED 750.
If you are shortlisted for a project you cannot take on, decline within 48 hours and the fee is credited back in full.

On larger projects, at most six contractors give an indicative estimate — about fifteen minutes, and it costs nothing. Only three are asked for a detailed breakdown, and only those three pay.
On smaller jobs it is simpler still: register your interest in two minutes, and pay only if you are shortlisted.
A whole-house repaint does not need the same paperwork as a full villa renovation. We match the process to the project, so you are never asked to produce a detailed breakdown for a job that does not warrant one.
Three quotes is the standard in construction procurement. It is enough for a homeowner to spot an outlier, and few enough that every contractor has a real chance of winning — which is what earns your proper attention rather than a rushed number.
Verification is on your side
Every contractor is checked before they appear: trade licence confirmed with the issuing authority, insurance certificate reviewed and its expiry recorded, company identity confirmed, portfolio reviewed, references contacted.
That filters out the operators who win on price by cutting corners — the ones who make it hard for a properly licensed, properly insured company to compete on a level footing.
